These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk35 ("pk35", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk35 platform available at https://pk35.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing or registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pk35 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of any real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held within your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets or incentive amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document-verification process required by the operator to verify your identity, age and place of residence prior to permitting withdrawals or certain account actions.
• "Operator" means the licensed gaming entity that provides the gaming products and services accessible through the Platform.
• "Platform" means the pk35 website at https://pk35.cam and any related mobile-optimised versions or applications.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services, whether through self-exclusion or a third-party exclusion scheme.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a secure password. You may register only one Account — duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Prior to processing withdrawals or at any point the operator reasonably considers necessary, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This process typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents: a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, a valid Pakistani passport, or such other identity or address-verification documents as the operator may reasonably request.

Failure to complete KYC verification within any deadline specified by the operator may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account closure with applicable terms applying to any remaining balance.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts or pk35's underlying systems.
• Use any automated tool, bot, crawler, scraper or artificial intelligence system to extract data or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent.
• Reproduce, distribute, display or publish any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from pk35.
• Transmit any malware, virus or other harmful code to the Platform or to other users.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, location or financial status at any point during your use of the Platform.

pk35 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action — including account suspension or termination — where breaches are identified.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier section at the time of your transaction. Method availability varies by operator, user location and applicable compliance requirements. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as illustrative options. These providers are named as contextual references only; none of them endorses, sponsors or supports gambling services through pk35.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and may trigger account suspension pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

pk35 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment intermediary may apply their own transaction fees. Users are responsible for any such third-party charges.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (return-to-source policy).

• Where an illustrative welcome offer figure is stated (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000"), this represents the maximum potential bonus only. Actual bonus amounts depend on deposit size, eligibility and the operator's published terms at the time of registration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance, pending the outcome of an investigation:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Fraud: Use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks without basis, or any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools or any non-human method of interacting with games or betting markets without the operator's express written consent.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to process, conceal or move funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in the manipulation of sporting events, including Pakistan cricket matches (PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments) or any other sports covered on the Platform.

pk35 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, while intended as entertainment, carries risks and can become problematic for some individuals. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be activated or modified at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting the live chat support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once reached, further play is blocked until the cooling-off period expires.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a defined duration, or configure automatic session termination.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, user interface designs, icons, images and software — is the intellectual property of pk35 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of pk35.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk35, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pk35 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond pk35's reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

pk35 does not accept any liability for gambling decisions made by users. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate solely at your own discretion and risk.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the pk35 support team via live chat or through the Help Centre. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, compliance checks or outstanding KYC requirements.

pk35 and the operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Required by applicable law, a regulatory authority or a court order.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the operator's dormancy policy.

Following account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of all applicable checks will be returned to the user in accordance with the operator's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the deduction of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. pk35 does not claim to be licensed in Pakistan and does not represent that these Terms, or the use of the Platform, comply with Pakistani law. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing their legal position under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable Pakistani legislation before using the Platform.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

pk35 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, users with registered accounts will be notified by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
